What is IWRCI?

Inclusion Therapies LLC co-founder, Courtney Anderson Broadhead, has been a professional speaker since 1999. Known as "The Workplace Relationship Expert," she founded the International Workplace Relationship Consultancy and Incubator (IWRCI) in 2020. In 2024, IWRCI was integrated into the Vocational Rehabilitation Division of Inclusion Therapies LLC to serve individuals and organizations with workplace relationship solutions. 

Who is The Workplace Relationship Expert?

"I research and write about the realm of interpersonal workplace interactions (i.e., workplace relationships between management and staff, between peers, etc.) that impact organizational outcomes and am a leading workplace relationship policy expert (aka "The Workplace Relationship Expert"). 

I've had the privilege to work for global clients in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico), Africa (South Africa), Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India), Australia and Europe (Italy, The Netherlands, Spain). In fact, I traveled over 300 days a year to client worksites for five years straight (from 2000-2005)!

What is Workplace Relationship Consulting?

Workplace Relationship consulting specializes in extremely challenging, highly complex workplace relationship organizational issues that require unique solutions. IWRCI primarily serves senior executives (CEO, COO, CFO level) at client firms regarding issues of workplace business strategy to address their specific needs.

    I am a former educator. I started my career in higher education in 1997. My first faculty position was as a lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin, McComb’s School of Business, where I taught undergraduate business law. I was a collegiate professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus (from 2006 - 2020). I primarily taught Ethical Leadership in Organizations & Society in The Graduate School, Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. I served as Editor-in-Chief for the Atlantic Law Journal from 2020 - 2022. I am a member of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business."

Membership Info
Our services require monthly membership.
The monthly membership fee is $399 and includes 4 private therapy sessions (45 minutes each) per month + access to signup for optional groups (sign-up is based on availability, maximum of 4 groups per subscription per month).
A member may add minor children under 18 for an additional $49 per month per child (to share one membership together).
A member may add adults over 18 for an additional $99 per month per adult (to share one membership together).

All New Members are Enrolled in our Lifestyle Foundation Program

The program is 2-6 months (based on client goals and plan) and is paid via monthly membership subscription. 

Members may pause or cancel membership subscription at any time 

(cancellation effective at the conclusion of their current prepaid month).
